FAT CHANCE  2017 

Karen Jones is once again presenting Fat Chance, which is a Fat Quarter drawing monthly. Bring your fat quarter or 2 or 3 for a chance of drawing for the whole collection. You get your name in the pot for each fat quarter that you bring.

May - Orange, any value from the lightes to the darkest orange
June - Any patrotic print and solids
July - Blenders any color
August - Batiks, any color
September - Halloween prints
October - Fall Prints
November - Holiday prints

It is time for the big reveal. Be sure and bring your completed mystery quilts to the June Guild meeting to show them off.

2017 UFO Club continues . This club was formed to give you inspiration to finish your quilts. Catalina Gonzalez and Joy McDonald invite you to join them and share the satisfaction of completing five (5) projects during the year and receiving five (5) chances to win a prize at our February meeting in 2018.

Looking for help on your newest project? Join the group on one of our Saturday sewing days. The guild Accuquilt cutter is always available to speed the cutting along.

ALL SEWING DAYS AT THE SENIOR CENTER ARE HELD IN THE CLAY CREEK ROOM
FROM 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM.


Charity Chicks--Carolyn Preschern and her comittee have created some wonderful kits for making a charity quilt. They include all the fabric and instructions for completing a quilt. Complete a kit for charity and receive your very own Charity Chick pin.  Don't forget our Sewing Saturdays are open sew and the Charity Chicks are often there to spread the cheer.
